Why am I sweating so much on a low carb diet?

The main reason is water loss: According to Vanderbilt University, if you consume high amounts of protein, your body will excrete more water than usual, which can result in sweating and also excessive urination.
When you are in low carb diet, water is your best friend. Remember to drink water before, during and after your exercise. You should avoid using caffeine.
