Why low carbohydrate diet is beneficial for health

Low carbohydrate diet refers to diet which is low in carbohydrate or in simple terms a diet that contains food items that are not rich in carbohydrate.

Carbohydrate is a vital source of energy for the human body. Though many dieticians are against vegetables also, studies have proved that they are rich in fibers and nutrients that the body need to fight the deficiency of carbohydrates.
If you can’t think of lunch and dinner without the sweet taste, you can go for a low carbohydrate diet containing multiple fruits. Though fruits contain sugar, its watery form does not encourage diabetes. Besides, fruits are good sources of vitamins and minerals that your body needs stay fit since you lose a vital source of energy by eliminating carbohydrates.
